Great human being, good professor, but subpar grader. I lost points on a COI question. The rule is whether one obtained knowledge, but she marked me down because they received money. If you're going to change the law for this class, then at least tellthe students that you are grading differently from what the rule is.

She assigns homework that is not graded and even assigned two assignments the same week as review week. She also requires students to do volunteering in the community. Students must have blown off her class in the past, so now she makes the subject harder than it should be.

Good professor who tries to keep her lectures interesting by adding movie clips, group activities, etc. PR is the easiest required course at Cooley -- the only way you won't do well is by slacking off entirely. She gave half of my section an A or A-. You could tell that the other half hadn't even cracked the rule book.

Wonch is not so bad. She is clear in her lectures, I completely slacked off in her class and ended up with a B- so I don't think that is bad for a law school class at all. I literally was on fb and twitter for majority of classes, reviewed the rules and did just fine. Had I actually tried, I'm sure I would have gotten an A. Her exam is very fair.

One of her essay questions was very vague that required a major jump in reasoning...and seemed to not be READING the entire answers...ALSO, she told us she has NEVER taken MPRE b/c was grandfathered in ...and yet she teaches it in various sessions....hmmm...

Essay was really hard, failed a bunch of people, give Ds to ten others. She talks about ethics, yet during class she is complaining, talking about getting her hair and nails done and overall just whining, she never calls on anyone.

She is a wonderful prof both in the class and during conf. You will definitely learn PR in her class, if you want to. That said, her exam is brutal, the MC is long and her essay is tricky.

Very funny. Gives out stuff at the end of the term during "movie" class so pay attention and get a free gas card or movie card. Nice and really into PR.

Wonch is a true delight! I had Kemple for a few weeks last term and dropped the course. This was the best move. Her stories are entertaining & she really gets the rules across in a unique way. She is hilarious. Difficult test though, long MPC q's with tons of answer choices, essay wasn't too bad if you paid attention.

I thought she was a good teacher. PR is a self-taught class, and the teacher can't do anything about that. However, I found it ironic that in a class concerning professionalism, she very unprofessionally injected her personal political beliefs into class discourse as if those who were conservative are bad guys. Do the MC out of the Schwartz book.

Very disorganized and scatter brained. Thank god PR is a self-taught class because no one was able to get help from her outside of class. Likes to talk about her success as an attorney and her clothes. I thought it was tacky that she told the students she was applying for tenure the day we filled out evaluations.

Class is ok. Pretty Easy. Exam wasn't that tough. She graded pretty hard though. She used a very tight scale, there were 4 pts b/w each grade level.

She is very disorganized and her real life examples don't even get the point across. She likes to talk about herself as a successful attorney and thinks highly of herself. She doesn't help her students outside of class. Study the MC in the book, code, and exams and you will do well. I also don't see how her clothes and jewelry are relevant to PR.

I don't pay cooley 23K plus/yr so that students can conduct the class and also waste my time. I also don't pay 23K plus a year to help pay her salary when she is such a darn slacker, mediocre lecturer, and not that knowledgeable. She doesn't deserve my "borrowed" thousands of dollars. And how is she a good example for PR? For the love of god...

Students teach the class. I stopped reading cases after week 2. Get the book with the multiple choice in it. But the PR rules in your own language. Study ALL the olde exams from the PR professor. Wonch is great because she has practical experience. Just watch your own movies in class.

Has the students teach the class for the first hour, then lectures for the remaining 2. Her lectures are dull and disorganized; easier to learn the material on my own--class period is waste of time.
