Dr. Isom is a wonderful teacher that everyone needs to take at least once. Took her for Comp II with a focus on the LR Nine and it was a well composed class. Four papers with a chance to edit and resubmit, two quizzes that she gives you a study guide with answers to. As long as you attend, you will pass.

Love Dr. Isom! I took her for Comp 2 and Nonfiction Writing. Great professor, she's so passionate about her job and makes writing so much fun. I plan on taking another class of hers next semester. She's a great mentor, and you can tell she loves her job. She helps you improve as a writer and uses positive reinforcement. Take her!

Great professor! The best I've ever had! She cares about her students. Attendance is mandatory but also worth it. All of the papers are easy and she allows you an opportunity to revise them so you can get an A. Take her! Everyone loves her!

AWESOME TEACHER! She's very sweet and she really cares about everyone. I've never seen a nicer or more caring professor. Gotta show up to class, but she lets you revise your papers and tells you how to fix them to get an A. She's awesome. Definitely take her.. Very nice and she works with you, if you are willing to put in effort. You write 4 papers dealing with and around the Little Rock Nine. Dr. Isom is absolutely WONDERFUL. She is such a nice person, even outside of the classroom setting. She makes class very fun and interesting. There are 3 papers and 1 project to be done. If you want to become a better writer Dr. Isom would be the best professor to take. She has a willingness to make sure you get your money worth out of your education. Great teacher! is very concerned about her students! makes herself available for students who need help. She grades papers and gives you a week to revise so even if you dont do well on the first draft you can have an A with her help! Her class is wonderful!
