Dr. Follette enjoys philosophy, but should not be teaching it. He gets off topic often, and does not allow you to speak your opinion on ethical matters. We have quizzes every class, but no one gets above a C. He words his tests and quizzes differently, so you think he's tricking you. It is very difficult to pay attention in his class.

Intellectually he is very rigorous. Extremely smart, but sometimes stand-offish. He goes on tangents sometimes, but you will learn an incredible amount of USEFUL skills from him. He gives you a new, clearer way of thinking.

Follette was simply amazing. One of (if not the) best teachers I have ever had. He is very fair and balanced which in turn makes you reanalyze many things. Only complaint is that he sometimes went on tangents.
