Comment:

He talks about whatever he wants and over explains everything. He goes to the very last second, and most of the time was 5 minutes past the end of class. You can tell he's very intelligent and cares a lot about the environment, but he is not that great at teaching it. His quizzes tests are kind of difficult because they are not clear.

Do not take this man! He rarely gives you information in class that aids in the quizzes, gives no direction in learning, talks about whatever he wants, does not help you when you need it and argues when you try to find clarity like your attacking him. He says one thing, then claims another. Book's a useless. If you value your GPA don't take him!!!

He is obviously passionate about the Environment, but he doesn't really *teach*. You have to basically collect a few spit out facts and teach yourself the rest of the content if you want to pass. His lectures are long and boring and I never felt like he was presenting with a structure in class. He's not exact on what you should study so get ready!

Most boring class I have ever taken in my life. He blabs about irrelevant subjects. The books were a waste of money, we did not use it at all. I hated this class and I did not learn anything. Midterm is impossible and the reviews are not helpful. I would not recommend him as a teacher in my life.

He seems kind of weird but if you pay attention to his ramblings and take the quizes weekly,you'll be fine.COming from someone who hates science classes. Study the power pionts given on Angel-Learning and you'll pass! Easy!!

Tough class with tests, lectures and map exercises.Do them weekly,they count for a lot and they take a lot of time to do.A few homework assign.Lectures are monotone but he gives you everything in notes.Tough tests and not just multiple choice. STUDY.Tough class if you have test anxiety because its a huge part of your grade

Extremely boring. I learned after the second class, to not come to class unless I brought something to do, because he put me to class immediately. In class time is worthless, but if you put some time into all the online assignments you will still get a good grade!

not that great of a teacher, but does help if you need it. maps are sooooo easy, they are worth same amt. of points as a test. he does it that way so that if youre a bad test taker, you can still pass the class with not too much of a problem. just pay attention and you should be fine.
