Awesome guy, his class is lecture heavy but he does a good job keeping the class engaged. He assigns a lot of reading followed by in class quizzes. He is a good professor and I would highly recommend taking a course with him if you have interest in philosophy and willing to work hard. His grading scale is a little harder than most professors.

decent guy but the readings are awfully dry. Would not recommend taking this is you aren't interested in philosophy. His quizzes are meant to stump you and most questions can only be answered if you thoroughly read (ONE BOOK 300+ PAGES A WEEK).

Tony is Awesome! Super chill and laid back prof. He makes class fun even though the material can kinda drag on sometimes. Not a hard grader, but wants to see people participate. Lets you go outside for class sometimes! Overall, great guy - the type you would want to go out and have a beer with.

Tony is amazing! He's super funny and helpful. His classes may be long but he finds a way to hold your attention. His examples in class are great and very relatable which makes the concepts easier to grasp. There are quite a bit of reading but nothing too overwhelming. His exam isn't too bad since he gives you all the tools to do good on them!

Was a total jerk and threw piercing comments into his lecture that ridiculed students. I suppose he wouldn't be so bad if you were one of his favorites, but if you aren't, watch out. I would never recommend him for a philosophy class and have pity for any first year in his symposium

Sweet class, sweet format. He likes to bring in litterature. Expect to read "Remains of the Day" in any class he offers. Sometimes takes it way over board on the examples though.

Great guy...uses long-winded explanations that are usually pretty funny. Likes hearing himself talk, but he's interesting and knows his stuff so it doesn't get annoying. Definitely the hardest working prof I've ever had. Highly recommended!

First off, I am a senior at St. John's Prep, but took this class through our Prep's program (and it wasn't my first, mind you.) Tony was an excellent professor, and was very helpful with me and my classmates. I recommend him to anyone of any year.
