Take this class if you enjoy watching your GPA drop. You will have a ton of assignments worth minimal points, and two papers worth 300 points a piece. Her final is worth 100 points. Enjoy the following for the final: You'll have 4 questions with essay answers expected and 8 questions with "short answers". ALL of that for 100 points??

I was a 4.0 student until it came to this class. She believes online students should have to do more work than students she would have in a classroom setting. She assigns so much work it felt like I had to neglect my other classes just to stay caught up in hers. The final exam was brutal. She expected essay-length replies for 5 questions.

Took her online for ENG 101, she will work you to death, I did more work in this class than my other three combined and made a B, Shes way too harsh on grading, I didnt take again this semester

EXTREMELY difficult English 102 course. For her final exam, I spent over 50 hours working on 11 essays and many short answer questions. I quit my job just so I could do better in this class, and I BARELY passed with an A. Grades harshly, unclear with her assignments, and gives a ton of work to do. Avoid at all costs.

I was an A+ student before I took this class, She gave me d's on every paper. I was so upset at losing my 4.0 that I decided to drop the class and save my gpa. She grades very hard, losing 10 points for a small gramatical error is a little much for me.

This class was not horrible, but it wasn't good either. As a person Mrs. Peterson is okay, but as a teacher she leaves something to be desired. she is very unclear on exaclty what she wants on essay assignments and pretty much everything else as far as that goes. I do not recommend this teacher...

Was a horrible teacher! She never agreed with anything I had to say and A+ papers with every other teacher would get you a D- with her. Take my advice and don't even sign up for class with her. She used internet as well as the normal classroom setting, very hard to follow. VERY BAD TEACHER.

she is not an easy teacher, but if I can get an A in English, ANYONE can. I liked her so much that I also took English Literature with her. Very good teacher!
