Extremely knowledgeable in the health care industry. Keeps your attention the entire class. Shows great video clips, and documentaries. Very fair with students. He is an awesome professor and a handsome one at that. He's very helpful. Go to class and his labs and you will be all set. You don't need the book, just pay attention and take good notes in lab. 712 is harder than 711 but you will be working in groups the entire semester. HMP junior year will kill you so prepare yourselves!
