He came to the Metropolitan State University of Denver randomly and started teaching our class, doesn't know how to use Web Assign, assigns homework assignments before he taught us. Practically makes his classes impossible, horrible experience. Lectures are confusing and you practically have to teach yourself. This math course is hard as is.

Even though I basically taught myself how to do statistics, he does provide help for those who need it. He makes a lot of corny jokes, some funny, and some not so much. Would I recommend taking him? Probably not.

The Powerpoints are confusing he does not do a very good job of explaining it. The homework is impossible. I love math and i enjoy math classes but the way that he goes around teaching it is very long and not interesting

Bill just started teaching after years off. He is an extremely nice and caring guy and his corny jokes make me laugh. However, his notes are confusing and I had to teach myself on the online homework. Once the class begins to get harder teaching yourself online becomes very hard and you begin to do bad. Go to extra help. takes attendance random

I feel like Dr. Anderson is a nice guy, but I had a very difficult time understanding the material in the way he taught the class. In high school I took Pre-cal and it was a piece of cake, but here I felt like I was learning something completely different. He also refused to go over problems if only one person in the class asked for an explanation.

His a good teacher and knows what his doing, but when it comes to making you actually understand the concepts of what his doing, theres no chance. His fair in his grading, but if you actually want to understand math, take a different/ better professor.

This is the nicest man at the college. He is more than happy to help you for as long as you need it. He's very patient and truly wants you to do well. I caught a few mistakes that he made when grading quizzes/tests and he gives points back. He's kind of boring but makes it a super easy class! I'm horrible at math and I got at an A.

Stat class is very easy, but if you don't like math this class will make it worse. Extremely boring, but Dr. Anderson is very nice. He makes very corny jokes that sometimes end up extremely funny. But he's willing to help... if he knows the answer to your question

He's a really good man. He will answer your questions all class time if that's what helps his students best. He is available in his office quite often and will let you know if he won't be there one day. He's boring as hell at 8 AM.

He is one of the nicest men on the planet but he is hard...he tries to do whatever he can to make sure the class does well (adjusts his grade scale, curves the tests, ect)...the homework is not that necessary but prob would help...he teaches with a lot of letters, instead of real examples which makes it hard to understand

dont take this class unless youve already received your doctorate in calculus and are doing it for fun. the tests are unreasonably long and the homework is tedious. he is very helpful, assuming he doesnt confuse himself while he is explaining it. beware.

Very hard class! He doesn't explain the material very clearly. Tests are difficult and he makes them too long. Very nice teacher and always helpful. I have no Calculus experience and I'll probably end up with a C in here, but not without studying really hard or without the curves he gives!

Excellent teacher! I hate math and even I didn't mind taking this course. Really takes the time to get to know his students. Tests aren't hard as long as you study. Make sure to do the homework because you'll be lost if you don't! Also- be sure to be on time to class and don't skip! Very fair when grading papers and an overall wonderful teacher.
