He's not helpful. Sullivan is supposed to be a University for adults who have kids and work full-time, especially night school students. I have a child and had to go to school for a parent teacher conference and when I tried to get with him to catch up he wasn't helpful. He just gave me the test for the chapter and pretty much told me too bad.
