I graduated with a History degree back in 2001. I took Dr. Wills for four of my upper level History courses. He is probably the best teacher I have ever had at any level. He knows his stuff and he knows how to explain it. He was also my advisor and was extremely helpful. He does not take any garbage though.

Comment:
He's my advisor, and has been very helpful. He's a great prof, probably one of the best at the college. He does not put up with BS, so don't try it. He makes his lecturs fun, and doesn't hesitate to cut up a little with his students. He can grade hard, but always give you fair grade. He's overall a great professor, and I recommend him.

Dr. Wills is a great prof! His specialty is the American Civil War. He is a really funny guy who makes lectures enjoyable. He does not, however, put up with BS of any kind and is quickly angered by those who try it.

Very good teacher!! If you are not the type that likes to sit in lectures all class period, this is not a class for you. Very helpful, pretty easy to understand, and very laid-back.
