Very Good professor. work is challenging. must study and must go to lab! very sweet lady. got sick in the middle of semester so I had to drop but will definately take next semester. its another language so it does require work.

Dr. Wasserman is a professor who will look out for you. If you ever have any questions it's best to ask her for help before or after class, she is always available. She wants you to get an A, and will actually try her hardest to get you the best grade. You have to really take advantage of her helpfulness, if you don't you're losing out.

I loved her! She's a great person, Very clear makes material very understandable if you study you'll get an A.. She's one of the best in BMCC very nice lady! Just do your work she wont do it for you, with her youll easily improve your spanish.

She is one of the worst professor i ever had in my student career. i had french 1 with her and she throw the work at you like you already know the language. This is beginning french get a clue. If you are taking french take another french professor. Good luck!

i absolutely LOVE prof wasserman! she explains things so well and wants you to know the material. words of advice: DO NOT TAKE FRENCH JUST FOR CREDITS; YOU SHOULD HAVE A DESIRE TO LEARN FRENCH OR ELSE YOU'LL DO TERRIBLY. i put effort in and got an A. people arround me got terrible grades because they didn't. i'm sad she's not teaching frn 102~

I think that Carol Wasserman is the best. She not only has a great grasp on French, but she understands what it is like to learn a language. She breaks everything down, and will never teach you anything you are not ready to learn. Also, if you are shy, she will never call on you without your consent. Je l'aime!

I am taking SPN 400 with her. She is great! At the beggining of the semestrer she looks cold and with a lot of rules, but when you get to know her, she is the best and funniest professor. Another good thing it is that you get your work done without even notice it.

Really good spanish professor... BMCC students are lucky to have her!!! On the first week she puts lots of rules, but by then everyone loves her... because she is really fun and easy... I took my first semester with her and then I couldn't take my second with anyone else. She is GREAT!!!

She is my favortie!At first seemed mean&cold,i seriously thought she would be like this, but turned out to have a very originl sense of humor,and not so hard at all. She doesn;t give Midterms, only 8 quizes+ final,participation a must is you want an A!She's sweet, it;s hard not to like her.
