Doesn't take attendance but gives EC if you come to lectures. His lectures are very entertaining and fun to listen to. For the marathon class he gives a break about half-way through which is nice. Very helpful with questions. Only 2 tests (no other grades) but are relatively easy as he gives the questions as they will be on the test.

He doesn't take attendance. There are only 2 grades taken for the whole semester, the midterm and final. He posts the word for word test questions on Blackboard before the exam so you know exactly what will be on it. But he wants you to want to come to class if you really want to learn, so he'll offer extra credit for just showing up. Best lectures

TAKE THIS COURSE. My favorite class at UNT. Dr. Neumann is the best and I'd take him for every psychology class if I could. Easy A if you just do the test reviews (there's only 2 exams). Also, he only takes attendance periodically, and it's just for extra credit.

I adored this man so much. So funny and silly! Tells the best and most random jokes. If you go to class, plan to learn about the more statistical approach and more informational side of Psych. Attendance isn't required but extra points are bomb and he gives out points randomly, also he is a total babe to look at. EASY A IF YOU STUDY EXAM REVIEW.

Honestly, I didn't go to class many times. But he gives you the test questions for your review and the answers are all online. So if you just memorize them, you're golden. He's a very smart individual, but he talks waaay too much about his own research. It was really boring to follow his lectures.

He's know a lot about psychology and is a really cool guy. However, he spends too much time lecturing on his own research and his colleagues. The tests are mainly over the powerpoints so make sure to study those. He gives the test questions as a review for the test but the questions don't align with the material very well.

E.A.S.Y. he's a very passionate, funny, and sweet dude. took him once a week for 3 hours and he tried his best to entertain. only 2 tests as grades in the class that he gives you the actual test question to w/o the answer choices! attendance not required but show up for extra credit. if you don't at least make a B then college isn't for you lol

I had him for history and Systems over the Summer. He is hilarious! Fast, smart humor so stay on your toes for a good laugh. Yes the subject matter left a bit to be desired but he made it funny and interesting. Go to class for extra credit opportunities. No trickery as far as exams; if he didn't talk about it, it isn't on the test. Take notes!

He is an excellent professor! He knows what he's talking about, is passionate about it, and is absolutely hilarious! I took a 3 hour night gen psych class from him, and even though it was late at night and all i wanted to do was go home, he always kept my attention! Super high amount of energy all the time! Study, read, and the tests are easy!

Interesting, fascinating, and fun.He brings up comparison examples from books he's read, many opportunities for extra credit and if you do the test review you're golden for it. I learned so much, and he helps to apply the material in classroom outside of it. Quite refreshing, considering my lack of interest in historical subject matters

He gives wonderful lectures and class is enjoyable. He is very interested in all areas of science and will make class interesting by going off on tangents about neuroscience, physiology, hawkings and such. He can be sarcastic at times if he feels that students are bombarding him w/ questions he feels should be common knowledge. Tests are "pick the best answer" multiple choice types of questions. He gives ample opportunities for extra credit so I made an A which, ofcourse, I'm happy with.

AWESOME! This guy is really great and you can tell he seriously cares about his students and everyone around. UNT needs more professors like him. Unfortunately this is my second time taking this class because I got a D the first time around (the other prof was terrible, monotone, and uninteresting. I expect to get an A this time around!!

He is very upbeat and entertaining. The professor tries to get the class interested in topics. This is a must since the section I took was a 3 hr class. He does have powerpoints you are able to print and bring to class and this is a good tool for studying. You are also garunteed an A if you complete his test review.Extra credit can be earned on sona
