I think he's a good professor all around but my only reserves were after the shadowbox. I didn't feel that I was graded based on the criteria given nor could I ever get any feedback about it at all. He definitely has his favorites but is usually very helpful. Didn't have him in studio but he is definitely more preferable as a design instructor.

David is fantastic! If you work at both Structures courses and talk to him about any concerns you're having, he will help you. The only true issue I had was the grading for the Shadowboxes- the criteria was defined but clearly wasn't used in determining the actual grades. It would've been great if he didn't cater to those who don't pay attention...

One of the best professors in the program. If you try hard and meet with him when you don't understand something you'll do okay no matter what grades you recieve. He'll help you get through the semester if you run into issues.
