This class was doable and wilson is good at lecturing. only thing is he does not podcast so you have to attend lecture and he does not provide enough resources, so you basically need to study your notes.

Great , fair prof w clear grading criteria. Alternating weekly hw or quiz. HW tricky and time consuming so pair up. Quizzes usually straightforward. Keep up studying for weekly quizzes, it will def help for the final. You're set if you go to OH early on for "simple concepts" you're iffy on since they basically build over time!! Def recommend!!

provided 0 resources and only 1 office hour per week with a terrible TA that could barely speak english and did not know the material. all Dr. Wilson cares about is his research; rejected outside office hours. material isn't bad, just make sure you get in groups and make it all make sense. 50% homework/quizzes final is other 50% of grade

Pretty good at explaining. You should record the lectures since you'll be spending lecture copying notes rather than internalizing. Very helpful at office hours and is a very laidback guy. Not an easy A but easiest of MCB courses. Quizzes and hw are equal weight, quizzes can have tricky questions. Final felt a tad bit harder than the hardest quiz.

Clear cut in expectations. 6 quizzes throughout the quarter as well as 6 HW assignments 50%, and final50%. Clear explanations. Lectures can be overwhelming if you're fantastic was advanced algebraic manipulation, but if you have past quizzes, you'll be set. Easiest major class i've ever taken besides PMI126.

This class is definitely doable with Wilson teaching. He has a quirky/eccentric type of personality and tells you what you need to know for his quizzes. Homework is a bit tough but work with a friend to get through it. Study the quizzes and you should do fine on the final

This class was really enjoyable. He's very clear on the concepts and makes sure that you know them. He caters the class for students. There's a few quizzes and homeworks through out the quarter, and one final, which are all fairly easy if you study. Some of them are thought provoking and can really get you interested in the subject.

Great Professor! I wish everyone was like him. He makes it very clear what to expect on quizzes, and the Final. He's not big on memorization; just understand the concepts. And most of all he's very nice and approachable.

wonderful professor, easiest professor i have had for biochem. it is definitely possible and not difficult to get an A. quizzes are great representation of the final. Study the quizzes and u can easily ace the final! definitely recommend!

Dr. Wilson is a very nice guy, very approachable unlike some profs, not pretentious at all. He has by far the worst sense of style I have ever seen but it keeps the class fun and kooky. All the quizzes and the final are extremely easy, just make sure you know how to derive velocity equations. Be glad that you have Wilson.

Ignore the grading comment from 6/16, this person obviously didn't look at the grading distribution. It is very possible and not that difficult to get an A. Great class, great orator. Quizzes made you think but were fair; just spend at least 3 hours studying with a highlighter. HW, while easy, can be tough to think thru. buddy up for hw.

The class structure was fair, 6 quizzes 6 homeworks and you get to drop 2. The final was pretty comprehensive and really tested you on the main points. 15 % of the final was also quiz questions that were already had. I would definitely recommend his class. Studying for the quizzes was essential.

The class started out fairly easy, but the last month and a half was crazy. He seemed to be rushed all the time, which made the lectures very confusing. The last two quizzes were hard and the final was fair. He's a nice guy though.
