Dr. Sadler is such a genuinely kindhearted person! A lot of students in my class complained about the tests, but they are easy as long as you study (I suggest making a powerpoint). I enjoyed the class and Dr. Sadler so much I'm taking another course with her!

Wonderful wonderful person. She's crazy, and be prepared for stories involving way too much information (hopefully you'll hear the one about her cat giving her a hysterectomy in her sleep.) But she knows a ton about art history, so her classes are worth it.

A very fun class! Prof Sadler always kept the discussion and slides interesting even when it could turn boring. Very eloquent and passionate. As a non-art major, it was surprisingly very enjoyable.

Dr. Sadler is by far my FAVORITE professor at Agnes Scott. She made me want to be an art historian. or the next vasari. She's eloquent as heck and everything she says is poetic. times ten.

She is wonderful. I love the way she thinks. She appreciates art and her students. I would tell anyone to take her class. Art History 150 is not the easiest subject to teach and she does a wonderful job. I adore her.

At first I really disliked Dr. Sadler because she seemed ridiculous and completely unprepared to teach the class. However, she's really grown on me! Quirky is definitly good to describe her. She's scatterbrained, but if you memorize all of the assigned peices, you'll do great on the tests. Again, she's really an aquired taste!

I really loved her Renaissance course. She makes art history fun, even for people who don't love it. If you thing you might enjoy taking an afternoon to look at art and listen to a quirky professor talk, then art history with Dr. Sadler is the way to go!

It was the Art of the RENAISSANCE. She wasted so much time we honestly (there is no exagg here) did not even get to it (too much gothic and student presenations). so much disappointment. She assigned projects arbitrarily without much thought and she is so disorganized. Horrible lectures, but likeable person.

Really unorganized. Tests are all memorizing A LOT of names and dates which not what college is for. She has a soft voice that made me sleepy every class. Often what she says conflicts with the book. We never had test reviews or a wrap-up discussion on the last day of class, so we didn't talk about the progression of art. "Suddenly it's Baroque!"

I loved Dr. Sadler and her class! A little scatterbrained, perhaps, but I thought it was adorable. I'm proof that she'll take you under her wing even if you're a non-major who's in the class just for fun. I found her teaching style to be both funny and informative. Several students complained about her CONSTANTLY, but we ignored them. :)

She is a wonderful person but she is very unorganized and if that is a problem for you don't take her class but her classes are not hard and yes-you have to remember dates, locations, etc. but that's apart of Art History. It makes no sense not to know dates and periods of the works you are studying. Have fun she is very funny sometimes but annoying

A nice, sweet woman, but a little unclear and gets off-track and confused sometimes. If you read the book and have an open mind, you'll do well. But she's not a good fit for everyone. She can be very random and her quirky sense of humor can confuse some students who take all she says literally. I like her, but people have complained extensively.

She is a fantastic person who feels passionate about her study. I think everyone should take a class with her. At times she is not totally clear, but that's because she wants you to have room to choose your own topic. She is lovely and extremely witty!
