I took Calculus before, and I still barely passed. I am also pretty good at math but this man is so critical in his grading style. Please do yourself a favor and try and find another professor. I was so irritated by little things and I should of received a better grade for this class but I didn't.

DO NOT TAKE THIS PROFESSOR! He is one of the worst math professors at LMU. He deducts points on tests for things that shouldn't matter. His tests are extremely difficult. He is not helpful at office hours and chooses to spend his time on his computer rather than helping students. Avoid him at all costs.

He is not a great teacher, but not a bad one. He is super funny and makes lectures fun, though. Homework is checked at the end of every chapter, and tests are not too difficult. If you do the homework and go to class, easy A.

Keeps the class lively. Needs a lot of participation and the tests can be tough, but he teaches the subject well and makes sure that everyone understands the material before moving on.

He made me interested in a quite boring subject. He likes to crack a lot of jokes, some of which are actually pretty funny. He's a good guy that wants everyone to succeed. My only problem with his class is that he writes REALLY hard tests. If you study the reviews you should be fine though. Take him. definitely better than other math teachers here

This is the worst math class I have EVER taken. Calc 2 is easy, he makes it difficult. Impossible to get an A. One of his tests I got all of the answers correct but received a B- because my scratch work was incorrect and I didn't put equals signs next to my answers. I have never received less than an A in a math class, until him.

He is seemingly funny and easy going, however, he is always judging and always notices if your absent, talking, or using your phone. He says he wants to give everyone A's, but he seldom does. He grades very hard. Participation is too large of a component in the class, and he requires you to raise your hand, otherwise your grade will suffer.

worst professor i have this semester. hes extremely unorganized and nothing is due when he says it is. no study guide for the final. his examples usually have mistakes which makes for a very confusing environment. wished i switched out while i still had the chance. quizzes 5 questions, tests 12-15 so a chance at an A is slim, work VERY hard for a B

He was horrible. His notes made no sense and there were constant mistakes in our problems and notes. He NEVER shows up to office hours for more than 15 minutes and doesn't answer questions properly. So many people did poorly and dropped. Haven't heard 1 positive thing about him

Despite the other comments, homework is due in his class two packets once a week. With over 20 problems. His quizes vary in how hard they are. As well he does tell jokes, but it is hard to keep up with what he is trying to teach. The test are pretty hard. In my class of 30 at least 10 dropped, and most everyone complained of how incompetent he was.

Eduardo is a cool guy. He explains the material well and is always willing to give extra help. He keeps the class entertaining by telling random stories and giving funny and irrelevant examples. Homework is not due in his class, only for XC. There are 3 tests and a final and he occasionally misses class. Recommend!

Eduardo is the sweetest man and makes class so entertaining. His sweet voice just fills the room with laughter and good cheer and the accent can turn any frown upside down. His stories make for a good chuckle. you can never be mad at the man.

Prof. Morales is the WORST Prof. at LMU. I am not a vindictive person and am not writing this review as revenge for my poor grade, I am writing this to save u from a truly dreadful "learning" experience directed by a truly incompetent and unintellegent person. What u can expect: No help. Confusing lectures. Unfair grading. Constant blathering.

Terrible class, he is very scatterbrain, he writes so fast on the board it's hard to keep up. His tests and quizzes are like 3-5 questions long, so if you miss one you are screwed. Oh and the lab is a joke too. Do yourself a favor, suck it up and take one section higher that 102 that way you don't have to take a lab.

He was such an amazing guy. I would stay after almost every class and chat with him about random things. He didn't mind it at all. He was a great teacher. Always made everything very clear. His tests were just like the reviews. It was an easy course. Homework not required but useful. Take his class.
