Dr. Peaslee is an excellent lecturer. He is engaging and very clear, and he adds the occasional demo to keep the class' interest and illustrate the concepts he is teaching. He always takes time to help people who ask, and frequently offers to meet outside class with anyone who needs help. He also learns names, even in large classes. Take his class!

Professor Peaslee is my favorite professor at Hope! He is rather difficult but finds time to meet with you outside of class. I was struggling in his class so he set aside 30 minutes every Monday and Wednesday in the semester to meet with me and go over material. He truly goes above and beyond! Take his class!!!! You won't regret it!

I have never had another professor who cared as much about the student. I have also had another professor who is as brilliant as this man. Talking with him is absolutely inspiring! Take any class that you can with him. He is a genius (literally. hes a boss at physics chem geology math!) and an amazing prof. He has a gorgeous accent and older-prof attractive. He's available for help, very enthusiastic with lecture. You need to know your stuff, but he's very fair. He wants to see you succeed whereas other profs don't care :)

I graduated a long time ago but I felt the need to come back and post about this man because of a horrible experience I had with him. I got ill during the semester (now known as a chronic disability) and needed to withdraw from his class. He refused to sign the paperwork and made a really rough time harder. I'm still angry about it.

He's one of the best teachers I've ever had. He really knows his stuff and his lectures are always entertaining and informative! However, you have to REALLY work for an A. The tests are no walk in the park. That's a major understatement. If you want an easy class, he is not for you. But if you really want to learn, make sure to take his class!

great prof. he is hard, but fair. he loves what he does, and is always willing to give you help if you ask. he goes a bit fast in lecture & has an accent, but he posts his powerpoints online after class, which come in very helpful. bottom line: if you want an easy A, don't take chem from him. but if you want to learn the stuff, he's the way to go.

like his wife..he seems tough, but is actually AWESOME! Plus he has the best voice ever. I would actually pay him to read me my textbooks. Girls, this is definitely a prof you will love!!!
