Dr. Williams is a good professor, but her class has very little structure, especially when it's only once a week (for three hours). She often struggles to fill time, going off on tangents that are only vaguely connected to the subject being discussed.

Lectures are very boring. We were supposed to read books that we never got to. Watched 2 movies and wrote papers on them. Exams were easy cuz she tells you what's on it and she tells you the essay in advance so you have time to prepare.

She is the nicest, caring person in the world. Students often step all over her because of this! Nevertheless, she is highly intelligent and really connects the material back to her students quite well. She'll rip your paper apart, but you WILL improve your writing skills in her class.

Wiliams is great--she is highly intelligent and links the content of her class back to our ever-changing culture. She does it so effortlessly. She is also a sweetheart and really does care about each person's individual success. Talk to her and she will help you. She is one of the kindest people I know! And you get so much out of her class. 10/10!

My most favorite professor. Professor Williams does talk quite a bit, but she definitely gives material that really makes you think. I got a lot out of this class and she completely understands the workload and mentality of the college student.

It is very obvious that Professor Williams is intelligent. However, she is incredibly boring and the lectures are so long. She has no problem with extending deadlines and giving help which is the good part. Don't think I would take her again

Prof. williams is dull. Other than that she is very intelligent and really tries to make the lectures interesting by relating boring topics to current events. She shows a lot of funny videos and articles about a variety of topics. Do the work and you'll get a solid B, if you try it's an easy A. I would take her again, she's very helpful if you ask.

Professor Williams is very intelligent and helpful. However, I didn't learn that much more than I already knew. I did like that it was a lot of writing assignments and no tests. She was a tough grader on papers and I excel at writing. Problem is, she never really gives a rubric and takes awhile to hand things back. Overall good professor.

While her lectures were pretty boring, I think she was very helpful. She always extended deadlines and would leave the dropbox open for assignments so you could hand them in a few days after the formal due date if you needed to finish. Not a totally harsh grader, and you can always go to her if something comes up or you missed an assignment.

Professor Williams is somewhat abstract and tends to ramble, but I liked the course. She's very flexible with due dates, provides extra credit, and is helpful when you approach her. She adds a semester theme to the material covered, which makes it interesting, but also takes away from the material being covered. I like her a lot as a person though.

Took her for Wes. Civ. II, absolutely awful. I have learned little to no history. Class discussions are incredibly boring, usually just random videos and talking about philosophy. Exams were easy. Papers were supposed to be 2-4 pages and she graded them like 10 page research papers. Overall nice lady, terrible class. Everything is online.

I was not a fan of Professor Williams. The class itself was fairly easy in terms of assignments. I felt as though I didn't learn anything, though. The lectures consisted of her rambling and showing random YouTube videos. If you want to actually learn, I'd pick a different professor.

Prof Williams is awesome. she can get a bit boring like some people said but in the end its worth it. shes very laid bck with the work& due dates. she will help u with anything if u go to her office& she always assigns 1-2 extra credits. she never cancels class or really lets out early but every semester ive had w/ her ive never got less than a B!

Prof Williams can be boring at times but it is worth it in the end. She is a fair grader on papers and tests and we even had a group project for the final. She would always extend deadlines and give us a lot of time to hand things in. I recommend taking her for sure.
