A lot of people didn't like this class, but I found it very applicable in real world situations. It's a relatively easy class if you show up and learn. You can't NOT try and expect to get an A. Lectures are interesting and easy to follow. Readings are easy and not too dry. I'd recommend to take it as one of those upper division credits if needed.

I like him a lot. Really cool guy helped me my outlines a lot. Email him and he will work with you. Honestly coolest teacher I have had in a long time. YOU MUST HAVE THE BOOK, with out the book the class is way harder I didnt have it until halfway in the class then bought it and my grade went up.

He is a very nice guy, I like him as a person for sure. But, as a teacher not so much. In class we skim through the book and look at a few power points. It is worth noting he wrote the book for this class and is complete garbage. Just rows and rows of text with the occasional confusing picture, inaccurate definitions and bad examples. No recommend!

He was an entertaining professor. He has a very humorous personality. He is a really tough grader but doesn't give a lot of work to do. It is 2 tests, a big research paper, and quizzes.

As an expert in communication and leadership, here's how he addresses students at Idaho State University who care about their online privacy- "Until then, you will not engage this issue in the full class and you will adhere to the parameters I laid out above." Furthermore, knowing I'm a disabled, bipolar student- he criticized my 'consistency'.

One of the best teachers at ISU. Took several classes of his. He is very interactive with that class and welcomes questions to ensure understanding. Class was always interesting. Exams can be a little tough, but as long as you attend class, pay attention and take notes you will be fine. Loves hockey.

Sadly, no accents, but his power points are colorful. Wear hockey apparel and you will be just fine in his classes.

Jim makes the class entertaining, his Tom hanks like voice is a nice change up from all the professors at ISU. His tests are somewhat difficult however the class and assignment are fairly easy. Overall it was a fair class.

Very good teacher, has a good way of explaining things, not as hard a class as I thought. Am considering taking other classes he teaches. Got along although I am a Red Wings fan and he's a West Coast hockey guy (ducks, sharks and coyotes)

Dr. Disanza was very clear at the beginning that you get what you earn. If you want an easy A don't go to his classes. Expect 10 pages papers and a lot of material in each class. Expect tests out of the book and from the lecture. Very fair teacher. Lets you know what it takes up front to get an A and will not hold you back. Great Teacher...
