Professor Berry is a tough teacher to take and gives a lot of material that you are expected to know for exams but he is very clear and always available for extra help. Exams are tough but he posts old practice exams on blackboard for reference. His lectures can be long but the information is interesting & he is good for cracking some funny jokes!

He is a fun teacher with many attributes that attest to why he has been at Elmhurst College so long. He responds to emails very quickly and is very clear with what he expects. Also, has a great sense of humor. TAKE THIS CLASS, lab is literally in the outdoors NO INDOOR LAB AT ALL. Though don't miss class ever

Prof Berry is awesome. I actually looked forward to attending his lectures because they were always very interesting. The material is tough, but if you take notes and pay attention you'll do fine. Study for the quizzes each week--they are identical to the test questions! Don't be afraid to ask questions in class when you're confused!

A class I looked forward to attending. Dr. Berry is extremely knowledgeable and his lectures are fantastic. He is straightforward and fair in his grading. I could take this class 20 more times and still learn something new each day. Take this course with Dr. Berry if possible, you will not regret it.

I took Dr. Berry for BIO 107 and 108. I took him for patho fall 2014 and things were great. I recommend recording his lectures and playing them back at a later date so if you miss something in lecture you can always come back to it. He is a very intense professor but study the material numerous times and things will be fine.

I was extremely nervous going into this course but Dr.Berry made it so much easier. Honestly, if you truly pay attention in class and take great notes on his slides, then studying is actually pretty light.The tests and quizzes are not difficult and Dr.Berry explains everything very clearly so you are sure to understand as long as you PAY ATTENTION!

Class is very hard and Dr. Berry seemed unfair, but I learned a lot from him. Once you get the hang of the class it becomes easier. The material learned in this class stays with you in other classes. Good teacher!

Class load was very extensive. He was okay with the fact that 30% of his class dropped before midterms. He acts like he cares about you as an individual but he doesn't. Its terribly hard to keep your eyes open during class! He does try to relate class to the material but his humor is dry.

He has outstanding teaching skills, but it would be nicer if he can respect his students a bit more. It is highly necessary that you spend a LOT of time studying for this class to get an A. If you study hard, you'll realize that the class is not that hard, and that the tests are pretty easy. u can easily get a B in this class but work HARD for an A

anatomy is a hard class to begin with, but with this teacher your gonna learn alot. obviously the tests and lab practicals are gonna be hard, but he knows his stuff and he knows how to explain it. this class makes or breaks nursing majors, so your better off with a teacher who knows what hes talking about.

He is an absolutely great teacher! A&P is a hard class it is the one that makes or breaks nursing majors but being that you have to take it, he is definitely the one you want to take it with. No homework. three tests and a cumulative final, 6 lab practicals but you get to drop your lowest one. Gives you old exams to prepare for new oens!

LOTS of information and detail to be learned, but if you studied quite a lot you'd do pretty good. Tests were hard, quizzes fairly easy if you studied, comprehensive final was fine. You can ask him for help and he'll give it to you, but some of the things he says can also be pretty rude although I'm not sure he realizes it, overall pretty good
