Brilliant man. Teaches with lots of clarity and gives hilarious anecdotes from his professional experiences. Definitely not a professor to miss. Study your notes more than the texts. And don't forget- he's a Jesuit so be on time for class haha

i dont know who wrote negative comments, but ive never had a better prof. he is super intelligent and relates the material to students well. absolutely great. he really cares if you're on time for lectures though, and attendance is mandatory if you want a good grade

simply AMAZING. so funny and brilliant. really loves when you ask questions and he will help any student- very approachable! one test he gave was super hard so he curved it (very fair). his class is so entertaining- i learned the material from his excellent anecdotes so studying was easier. great guy.

I loved his lectures and his explanations; his tests were okay, a lot of people complained that too much was based on the book though--if you study the book in depth it wont matter and you'll do well, so don't complain. (Outlining helps). I did well.

Very hard grader, very much favors certain class members over others. I got very good grades throughout the semester -- A, A-, B on midterms, project, etc -- he still gave me a B as my final grade. Borderline unfair and very frustrating after working so hard all semester.
