There was quite a few readings for this course, however John tried to make them interesting to all students. He is very passionate about the readings he chooses and makes class very interesting. He is an amazing professor and I took this course because he was the prof. Hands down would take him again!

John is an amazing professor and an even more amazing person. His class helped me find my own writing style and the work I did in his class was key to me getting an internship. He cares about all of his students and if you put in the effort to get to know him, he will become a friend you can go to for advice, recommendations, and reassurance.

John is a really cool guy and he has a lot of energy. Though he does have a lot of awful one-liner jokes, it is kinda funny and you learn to appreciate his humor. He does not grade super hard but since he is an English teacher, he does a grade a little harder on papers at times. He is always clear on what he wants completed though. Overall = great!

Its not to hard to be a good teacher when all you do is give us notes from Sparknotes.I do have proof! Not really sure if thats leagal since he doesnt site is powerpoint presentations. His jokes are horrible, but everyone in my class was stupid enough to laugh. He is a easy grader and very helpful.
