Judy has clearly been out of the fashion industry for quite some time, and this is very apparent in her teaching style. She does grade unfairly and does choose favorites. Incessant stories about when she was "involved in the fashion industry". NAU should invest in fashion instructors that have current knowledge of the industry.

I love both Kris and Judy. All of those people who say they judge, probably don't go to class and want to dink around and still get a good grade. But if you go to class and are respectful they really know their stuff and are helpful. I love Judy!

Judy is hilarious & awesome! Don't be stupid, turn your phone off, & attend class everyday (attendance is taken)! Study EVERYTHING in your notes (she tests on small details), but she rocks. She DOES know what she's talking about & if you have a good attitude, she's fantastic! I love being a MER major because of these 2 teachers! :)

I have no idea how Everett and Swanson have a tenure. I recieved an A in the class ,but these two professors do not grade fairly and immeadiately draw conclusions on sutdents day one. It's best to not interact with them and just sit tight during class. It's too bad that they teach in a conservative, strict and uninviting environment.
