One of the Best Profs I have ever had. He makes studying and learning about the Old Testament interesting and applicable. He cares about his students and makes classes fun. Fairly easy marker and the requirements for exams and quizzes are pretty straight forward.

Ken Esau is one the best teachers that I've ever had. He loves his students. He made the lectures interesting goes on interesting tangents that really makes the subject memorable, and shows the wealth of knowledge that he has. I would love to take a more in-depth course on the OT with him. Bonus: I now have tons of verses memorized.

Good Teacher. Good person. Gives you a ridiculous amount of knowledge about the Old Testament. Hard work but pays off with the things you will know after. I took this course a couple years back and still appreciate the things I learned.

Really hard class but so worth it. Ken is one of those teachers who is very passionate at what he teaches and it makes the students excited. You have to get into the material though or it will just seem like too much work for nothing. It you get into it though it's so worth it!

Yes he is a tough grader but it pushes you to try harder. A very intelligent man who cares greatly about the subjects he teaches. Exams have a lot of writing involved but he tells you everything you need to know, all you have to do is memorize it all and write it fast enough to get it all down on paper. Easy to pass, hard to get an excellent grade.
