Took her exhibition class last year and took her again for fundraising because she was and is by far the most brilliant professor in the film department -- at least when it comes to producing. She goes out of her way to make sure you are learning what you need to make your film successful, and will even follow up with you after graduation.

TOUGHEST GRADER in film dept! I took her for fundraising & she was thorough I learned SO much & it was my fave class. Don't do assignments the day before deadlines you will NOT get a good grade. Check hw w her 1st She knocked the procrastinator out of me. Its not a class I would take if I wasn't serious about being a producer. But she is the best.

I took her first editing class and was so scared of her. I got into her advanced editing class and she loosened up a lot. This woman not only knows her stuff but she's passionate about film and teaching. She's one of the best teachers I've had here. I think that once she knows that you're serious, she'll be less authoritative. Do the readings.

LeAnn is a very nice teacher and has a great sense of humor. She gets a bad rap for being tough, but it's an act she puts on to get people serious about her class, but don't test her on her toughness though or it won't be an act. Just play along. One of the best film teachers at Temple U.

LeAnn is the best film professor I've studied under at Temple! She is technical savy and knows the aesthetics of edting. I was able to refine my Avid editing skills, and she was always available to give a critique before an assignment was due. By far, the best film class I've taken. Though she may seem tough, she's seriously an excellent professor
