Seems like a very nice lady and is probably a genuinely nice person. She's super quick to give praise, but she doesn't give out much criticism. As a workshop class, it would be nice to get some real feedback instead of a "great job" for everything. The class isn't hard, but the work gets tedious. She forgets to post assignments on canvas often.

Great teacher! She will go out of her way to help you if you ask. And she's not critical. It's a CREATIVE WRITING course -- constructive criticism is what the course is about. In my opinion, she wasn't critical enough sometimes because she was trying to be too nice. I'd really recommend her.

Great class! Just work really hard and be willing to go in for extra help! She pays a lot of attention to improvement throughout the semester, so even if you aren't the best writer, you can still do well!

Linda is such an amazing professor. I took the CRW Workshop with her and I loved it. You have to work hard and really think about your writing, but it pays off during class. Just have confidence in yourself and enjoy!!

Not very objective; can be both hyper-critical and hypocritical; brought in one of the WORST poets I have EVER read for a reading. If you want to take creative writing, don't let my review get in your way. Just try not to doubt yourself.
