In the begining,she was very nice and approachable.Later on,she became very rude and mean.She picks favorites and if she doesnt like you class will be like hell.Worst part of her class was seein her be so nice to other students but so rude to me.Everytime i emailed her she seemed to make me feel stupid, even if she was the one who made the mistake.

She plays favorites in class... If you were one of her favorites and turned in your paper late... you would be safe. But if you weren't then there would be a big penalty. Overall, her office hours were very helpful.

She needs to some training. I turned in a paper & another student took it once it was graded used a thesarus & resubmitted my essay as his & got a B only because it was 3 days late, I earned an A. I didn't know he took my paper until I saw his paper given back to him & I put it together. There's more to tell but not enough room to do so. Avoid her

Lucia was the best! She had lots of different creative approaches to teaching the key concepts of the course, & she was great at lecturing on the readings with a strong emphasis on student discussion. Grading was very fair and comments were clear & helpful. She passes out tons of handouts AND explains them, as too few profs do. Highly recommended!

Lucia was a really good teacher. Very understanding, overall ver good person. I learned a lot in her class she teaches good. She makes you work but its all worth it in the end...im sad to leave her class but life goes on!! i REALLY recommend her to anybody!! shes cool!! GOOOOSSHHH!!

She can be a good teacher in the beginning of fall semester she was better at teaching then in the spring but that was probably because of her work load. She is going to pass you if you do all your work and try but trying means rewritting essay a million time. She is an okay teacher overall but she demands a lot from each student.

She is the worst Eng. teacher I've ever taken in my life. She's not clear at what she's teaching and often confuses you more after talking to her. She ****s too much in the class and it makes me feel that I'm wasting my time sitting in her class learning nothing. It's an awful experience.
