Great teacher!! I had him for two separate math classes and passed easily in both. He always had an open invitation for those students that needed a little extra help.

Comment:

He's not a good teacher. He doesn't explain why things are a certain way and instead says this is how it is. In a class thats all about number relationships, its a key flaw. He gives etra credit, so you can pass, but if you aren't great at math, I'd stay clear. A kid who took calc in high school helped us and is the only reason I passed.

He makes a lot of jokes that aren't really funny but they are to him. He teaches the whole class, you only get out early after tests. His study sheets are key to helping you pass tests. He hardly ever takes attendance. He's a nice guy and a good teacher is you pay attention. He does a lot of extra credit stuff so the points add up!

Do not take MR. Cade!!! Worst teacher ever. You will spend hours on line trying to teach yourself so you can pass. You will not learn Algebra... You will be frustrated the whole semester... Everyone in class will feel the same. Pensacola State should give refunds to anyone who has taken this class! You have been warned!

This class was no help at all. Joked around too much, talked about his personal life, and taught it as if we all already knew what we were doing. Was unclear in his directions and told us to "figure it out mentally" (never wanted to work anything out)I do not suggest taking this class with him.

This man was a joke. I showed 15 min early to the first class how sad for me since he did not arrive and no one was able to get into the classroom for 45 minutes. He talked to much about personal issues instead of math. This man is a disgrace to teaching and should not be working anywhere. He was so bad I had to drop him and get a new class.

This man is a poor excuse for a teacher. He thinks he is a comedian, NOT. He spends time every class telling how PSC and other universities have cheated him out of money. No one in the class understood what he puts on the board. You can't read his writing and he is almost 15 min late to each class. Every day after class I would go to math lab

Mr. Cade does not explain what he is doing.He does math "mentally" in his own words. I was lost the entire time and that says a lot coming from a 4.0 student. This class is a nightmare if you can not figure things out yourself. You will learn more about his personal life than you do math. Good luck if you have him, you will need it!!

A lot of the chapters that were taught he expected to have us learn "mentally," that seems to be his favorite word. He expects us to know exactly what he knows, without remembering that we don't have a math degree. It would be more helpful if he slowed down and explained things more while he teaches. Overall, I wish I picked a different teacher.
