Passionate professor. He wants the class to grasp the material and do well; he wouldn't move on until the general class sentiment was that of understanding. For gen bio at least, he moves at a pace that targets the average student, which will obviously seem too slow or perhaps too fast for different people. Overall, great professor and person.

Comment:

Prof. Lippert is one of the best at Saint Michael's College. He is very precise and detailed in his teaching and feedback on papers and exams. He will spend the time needed to help each of his students understand the material deeply and he clearly has a passion for what he teaches. He is funny, respectful and polite to all of his students.
