I'm asian but she wasn't really hard on me, instead she helped me with my papers. Very caring!! She can be intimidating but she's a really nice person!! Just go to class, do what you have to do and you'll get an A :)

The course was very easy. As long as you come to class and attempt to do the assignments you will pass. Class was based around punctuation and i feel like it didnâ??t make me any better of a writer.

Course was fairly easy, but choose a different professor if you can. The professor treated students like they were teenagers, she would make an excellent 9th or 10th grade teacher. She spent more time talking about her personal life than teaching the material, and the assignments from the textbooks seemed like a review of the 4th grade.

I've had Sherve for many Lit. classes. She is wonderful, intelligent, and she really CARES. She expects a lot out of her students...but it is truly rewarding. Classroom discussion is great!

Dr. Sherve is a very intelligant woman and sometimes acts like she knows everything. She at times doesn't listen as though you have nothing important to say. Comp 1 was difficult and in the end she wasn't that bad. But she does expect too much.
