Readings are interesting and they aren't super long. Discussions in class were good, but fairly unfocused (pretty much led by students). She is very cute and is clearly very passionate about sociology. Her office hours were few and far between and it always felt like you caught her at a bad time if you went to go see her.

She is the cutest thing, and she cares a lot about working with student needs. Her office hours are terrible though. I always came out more confused than when I went in. Blackboard posting is also a huge pain in the ass.

She's nice and a pretty easy grader. Classtime just didn't add that much for me, she didn't provide direction for discussions. The readings were self explanatory and really what you would expect - it sucks to be poor, it sucks for women etc. Overall - nice but meh

I had her for the senior essay sem, which might nto be the best example of her teaching since it was so self directed, but I found her EXTREMELY helpful and supportive. She has such a broad knowledge base it's amazing. Wish I had taken another class with her. Only critique is her voice is kind of a monotone-might be tough in a lecture.
