Dr. Luxner is an amazing teacher, but this is NOT a class that you can be passive in. I feel the only people that actually struggle in this class are those that don't pay attention. He has reasonable expectations and is very helpful. People say he's scary, but he isn't. I learned a LOT from this class and wouldn't be where I am in theory without it

Dr. Luxner is a brilliant professor and a theory god. He's also quite funny at times. However, he's a tough teacher and expects A LOT out of his students, so don't take the course if you're not willing to work. He can be intimidating and won't always answer questions, but he is still one of the best teachers at Millikin.
