If you want one of the smartest and most interesting professors in History, then take his class. Be prepared to work hard, but the benifits reaped will be worth it. You will be more prepared for HIS 102 than anyone else in your next class, unless they also had Prof. Weber for 101.

Probably one of the smartest and most informed teachers I've ever had. He has a response for every question, his research checks out, and he's an all around fun guy. During testing periods, he was ridiculously hard. I think he's hard on tests and essays because he wants kids to understand the material. I hopeI have an opportunity to have him again

Others seemed to dislike him, but I never did. He runs a hard class, but is very nice. He is extremly knowledgeable about everything he teaches. Be prepared to read a lot. I would take a course from him again.

He is such a good teacher, knows a lot of stuff! But he talks very quiet so you have to sit up close or you will fall asleep. Easy class but LOTS of reading involved.

He claims to know several languages but myself and others have been able to disprove his claims. He can be nice but I'd rather stay away from in the future.

Weber is, to date, the most influential man in my life. dare you to find a prof with such a wealth of knowledge who is so unpretentious as he; at my third school after two moderately prestigious universities i must say that he is the best i've seen; he makes every student feel like the only student he teaches, as long as they wish to feel so.

This man is the most brilliant man I know. By far the nicest, most genuine Prof. in the dept. If you have the chance to take a class with him you should do so. Speaks and reads multiple languages (8?)I call him My captain, my captain because he has done for me what a great teacher should do...inspire one to think for oneself. Dr.W is the man!!!!!

Weber knows A LOT of information and if you pay attention you can learn a lot in his class. Many of the assignments he gave were undefined, but that may just be his master plan.

Weber is one of the best, if not the best teacher in the History dept. The class flies by as he is interesting, and has a very good subject knowledge of what he teaches. I don't think he is easy, but he is fair, and if you just do the work, you will end up with a good grade.
