Professor Pierce is a great inspiration to all those looking to get healthy. While taking her class she took the time to really care about me and the injury that occurred during my PE course. Great person, I will never forget her.

Took this class online and I put A LOT of time and effort into this class. 2 quizes a week, a video, lots ofreadingand some papers as well. Its pretty simple if you have a lot of time to dedicate to this class. I wouldnt reccomend for a full time student as it is a lot of busy work. I really liked the teacher a lot she has a good personality.

Nancy is a great teacher! she loves what she's teaching and really wants to help you with all your fitness and nutritional needs. SHE CARES ABOUT YOU! GREAT TEACHER!!! would deff. take her again!! Very important fun which would seem pretty boring to me if it wasn't for her eye-opening seminars. I took her online and if you do your reading, you will do fine.

This was a wonderful class. The teacher was great. Get's back to you within 24 hours but usually the same day. I loved the lectures. I would go! Really cares about her students health and takes the extra time to help better your life. She even emails after class is over when you have health questions. I would take another class from her!

This was a fairly easy class. I took it online over the summer. If you do the work, all quizzes are open book, and she gives a lot of opportunities for extra credit. The final was the only thing you need to study for. She holds an extra credit seminar which is interesting, but Nancy herself comes off a little too sure of herself. Overall an easy A

Online late start class. Read two chapters a week and do online quizes. Online midterm and proctored final. Write in journal. Six short videos to watch and write about for extra credit. Summary analysis on each chapter for extra credit. Alot of work to do in 12 weeks. Teacher is poor about emails and really poor on organization and requirements.

Recommended. I took this online. Easy, but it did have a decent amount of work to do consisting of reading the text and watching a series of videos and writing about them. The tests are easy if you have read the book. If online, make sure to use the book while taking tests. Her lectures are ok and she is nice, however she does feel she knows all.

I took this as an online course. The 4 course meetings were required, I showed up for 3/4 and still received a B+. She is very easy going and willing to work with students in order for them to acheive good marks. She replies to questions by email in a timely manner and is very efficient. I would definately recommend her to other students.

Easily one of the best teachers I've ever encountered. Easy to work with, very knowledgeable, personable and relaxed. Extremely supportive of her students. Went out of her way to show concern and support, even though the class was online and we had hardly even met her. A+++ and two thumbs up!
