Comment:
Really lovely man, but he spoke a bit quietly and was often unclear about what he was explaining. Other than that, he was very polite when correcting students, and is easily one of the nicest professors I've ever come across.

Such a genuinely nice and compassionate man. Very helpful and approachable. I purposely took his classes following the year of the first class I had with him because he is so awesome. Definitely take his class if you have the opportunity.

A truly lovely unassuming man. But I had NO idea what on earth he was ever trying to say. Not a great oral communicator. Thank goodness for the textbook, and a great TA (Katie).

Separating the man from the teacher here is important. As a man, he's one of the nicest, most genuine, approachable profs I've ever had. As a professor, I don't know if it was just the class, but he didn't seem all that passionate about it. I absolutely hated the textbook, and my classmates were all vegans, but I'm content to have taken the class.

Prof Apostle is a great professor. He really knows his stuff and if you're unclear on anything, he is very approachable and helpful. I find he sometimes lets students take advantage of him, but he's an overall excellent professor and human being.
