Professor French is an interesting teacher. 3 exams and 1 quiz. For LSA205, make sure you memorize all the pictures/sculptures and what they're called for the exam. That's the easy part. The rest are MC and short answer. For the final she gives you 12 short answers beforehand and asks 5 of them.

Professor French was an awful teacher. I would not take a class with her again. She was unclear in lectures and assignment instructions and gave me a grade lower than what I thought I deserved without providing any feedback Her lectures were not helpful and she always ended class early I feel like I learned nothing I dont recommend taking her class

Comment:
I had Professor French for History of Art and it was so convoluted and pretentious. She's just annoying and unclear. She assumes you know the material and runs her class like a history discussion and provides almost no information. I used to love art history and she's made me question it.

Her slides look great if you live in a black and white world and her words are beautiful if you are a robot. Great teacher if you're used to slavery.
