He often goes off on a tangent, & picks on students who sit in the front of class. I never paid attention during lecture, I used my textbook to teach myself the material. He uses mymathlab.com like it is the holy bible.

I took him for Trig in Spring of '08. It was weird. He was an ok teacher. He mainly went out of the book. He doesn't return tests. If you want your grade, you have to go and ask him for it during his office hours. He's old and mumbles. Makes mistakes, but like when you correct him Not terrible, but not great.

Horrible teacher..never take one of his online classes. No matter how many times I emailed him asking sbout my grades he NEVER answered. Therefore I did not have a clue about my progress in the class till the end. He does not care in the least bit about his online students.

He warmed up towards the end of the semester, made jokes. Very helpful. He tends to move along at a steady pace and assumes that you know the material. You have to make him stop and ask questions, which he encourages and gives points for questions( especially if you catch a mistake). He's really a good teacher as long as you are a good student.
