He goes on weird tangents about Bat breastmilk and such. As a result he had to cancel half the projects due to the time he wasted. Which was beneficial because, it made the class too easy.

This man is crazy. He mainly sits around and talks about his love for cats, his dog, dog park adventures, bats, and random tangents that have no relation to the class what-so-ever. He is pointless. If you have this man, drop out immediately, find a different professor and roll with it. Anything is better than Thomas Mantey.

He tended to treat everyone like they were dumb, yet made no attempt to help correct "what was wrong". No guidelines were given, and he graded on his own preferences. Definitely picked favorites. Goes on rants for the entire class about his interests (which consists of cats, food, and bats).

Not clear about anything at all. Goes on tangents about randoms things from his cats to bat sex. Gives students assignments and is unclear what he wants. Thinks everyone should agree with his views. Assumes students know everything... very agrevating. DOESN'T RESPOND TO ANY E-MAILS!!!

One of the easiest English teachers out there, most of the work we did was groupwork, and although he seemed to be a little eccentric at times, he was easy to understand and get along with.
