WAIT TO BUY textbook. He loans 4 copies. One of the better math teachers at Bowdoin. Very helpful in lab. Leads you to the answer while making sure you understand. Explains clearly. Very easy going. TAs grade hw very hard. Be careful. Check work. Show all steps. Tests are graded pretty easy. Lots of partial credit. About same difficulty as homework.

He gives lots of homework and expects a lot out of his students (especially when it comes to understanding readings), but he's a great teacher.
