PERSONAL HEALTH AND WELLNESS IS A GREAT CLASS IF U NEED AN ELECTIVE. SHE MAKES IT FUN AND INTERESTING. HER QUIZZES TEND TO BE HARDER THAN THE ACTUAL EXAMS BUT IF YOU REVIEW YOUR NOTES THERE IS NO REASON YOU SHOULDNT GET AN A IN THIS CLASS! SHE GIVE EASY HOMEWORK ASSIGNMENTS FOR YOU TO TURN IN AS WELL.

Professor Barnot is a great instructor. She genuinely cares about her students, which is a rare find. she's very excited about the material and is very engaging in class. Show up for class and there's no reason not to get an A.

I had Prof. Barnot for Personal Health and Wellness and she was an amazing teacher. I took Personal Fitness just to better myself and have learned so much!! Everyone should take this class...it helps that she really knows her stuff and is excited about teaching it!!!

An excellent professor. Always there for her students, motivating and encouraging them all to do their best and succeed as teachers. I would recommend any student to take her Education classes.
