He isn't helpful at all. I have had a few questions and he told me that it is my job to figure it out. Every assignment is straight from the book, and sometimes he'll mark off something that the book never told you to do. Quizzes are easy, but prepare to create a website for the midterm.

This professor teaches DATA STRUCTURE meaning he grades on Data structure. Your using Java to represent the data structure. That being said this class is really good for you but you have to be motivated enough to pass. He is monotone so engage yourself by writing down questions and notes. Tips: engage passively, do assign early, use office hours.

You must beg the professor to get a key to a quiz. There is too much busy work for a grad class, see: quizes and labs. The quizes have nothing to do with the tests. Advised professor I was having issues with the class, didn't seem to care. Went to department head to ask him to re-structure the class and get someone else to teach it.

Worst teacher ever. Boring & monotone. Tons of homework. Marks answers wrong if they don't match the instructor manual word for word. I asked for help and he said I was a bad student and deserved an F. He refuses to correct grades after you prove he made a mistake. I have been an A student my entire life, but I gladly dropped the class for an F.

This teacher is horrible. If you get any part of a problem wrong, the whole problem is wrong. To use a math analogy, if you forget a negative sign in the problem, eventhough the rest of the problem is correct, the whole program is WRONG. Do not take him!

The class is not that hard all you got to do is research the assignments online for help. He is not really that helpful so you got to do it alone. There are two midterms and a final. He doesn't make you attend class, except for the quizes. Programming assignments were mostly clear, if not, talk to the TA. He is not extremely difficult to understand, but he has a lot of trouble understanding you. For what it is worth, he is probably a great alternative to Summers or Obando for Data Structures.

This man is very rude and inconsiderate. He does not own up to his own mistakes. Put questions on quiz from past books and answers were not located in current book. Grades very tough. No partial credit. Avoid him. PowerPoints are horribly boring. Felt like projects were just busy work. Will never take another class with this guy.

His assignments are full of errors and he denies them. The computer glitched while I was doing my test and he swears I was at fault so he didn't help me. His lectures are boring and there are many assignments that are pretty easy minus the errors.

Lectures are extremely boring. He makes no attempt whatsoever to engage or interest the class. Requires a great deal of tedious busywork. Not difficult, but ridiculously time consuming. I'd recommend finding another prof.

very Unhelpful and unclear. boring powerpoint lectures. STOP WITH THE POWERPOINT!!! I didn't pay $1200 for powerpoint! I stopped going to class and got an A because it was very easy, very boring and very useless. The textbook wasn't bad. My advice: buy the book dont take the class.

Very disappointed in this class. Reads powerpoint slides and does not explain material well. Also, does not answer questions from the class. Very tough on grading. I felt this class was a waste of my semester and time could have been better spent in another class. Will avoid future classes
