Dilla is a great professor. He utilizes guest speakers often which is great for the 4ish hour long class. The group projects are fun but difficult because he grades a little hard. Ask him a lot of questions, he knows his stuff!

Bill is a good professor but lectures can be boring due to the material being taught. He is willing to help if you ask. The book can be helpful for the online quizzes, but wait to receive the generic ISBN from Bill instead of the bookstore's recommendation. Would take this class again.

Easy going guy, really cares about the students. Class was pretty easy as far as workload goes, but lectures could be really boring. He tried to bring in guest speakers but some of them were very boring too. Overall I would recommend this course, there was some interesting stuff covered.

Prof Dilla's class is incredibly boring, but Auditing in general is very boring and probably not very easy to teach. His multiple choice questions are vague and confusing and his essay questions are incredibly open ended. Try to reach the maximum length requirements on his papers if you want a good grade.

Yes, you have to listen, pay attention, and study; but he will give you info for like CPA exams if you re interested. He's fair but in the summer it is all really fast. Take this class in the fall or spring Not Summer.

Overall medium difficulty class. You do have to do all work to do well. I thought quizzes were pretty easy, I didn't even read until studying for tests, but it depends on people in your group. For tests it helped to look over prior semester tests and definitely end chapter questions assigned.
