His classes are ALL lectures. He is very passionate about philosophy. Only 3 online quizzes, 1 paper, and 1 final exam. He does not give out extra credit. You don't need to buy his book, its a waste of money. He is accessible outside of class. He is very laid back and can be funny, but class goes by slow because the lectures are VERY boring.

He spends an appropriate amount of time going over the material and making sure everyone gets it. His style of teaching is great, and pretty entertaining as well. He is a great professor and, judging by the conversations I had with him outside of class, an all around great guy.

Professor Eodice really knows how to make the class more interesting, and his powerpoints are helpful on tests. No homework, only a few online tests and journals. Overall, really understanding and willing to help if you're struggling to understand something

Eodice is a terrific teacher. While yes, his lectures can go on for the entire class period, you are promised to learn a great deal about Philosophy. He is very informative, fair, and keeps his class interesting. As long as you are present both physically and mentally, while in class, you should do well in the course. And STUDY, STUDY, STUDY!

Eodice is the man! I hated philosophy in general but he made that class one I enjoyed coming to every day. He is very knowledgable and makes the class very engaging. His tests are easy straight from notes, his essay is easy, and online journals are easy. I wish all teachers were like him.

Very Long, very redundant class. Recommend reading the homework that he assigns although if you have a grasp of how to think logically you'll be fine. Raise your hand and ask dumb questions, the guy will practically love you. Use Google to do the online material, pretty basic. Can be a difficult teacher to understand

Eodice is a fine teacher. Classes will only suck if your classmates are boring. His lectures drag on at times and he's put me to sleep more than once but his tests are a breeze since he lets you take them home and use notes(except the final). If you want an easy A just take him. textbook unnecessary. he wrote it so it profits him. think about it

His lectures are very boring and hard to pay attention to. He picks favorites and you will know if you are not one of them. Make sure you read whatever he tells you to read for homework. He gives online test and quizzes but are not easy. The final exam is in class.

Super long lectures every single class, and its hard to pay attention because it becomes very monotonous. He is enthusiastic sporadically throughout class and it catches you off guard. The tests are timed and online, and you'd think you would get an A but its very hard. Also he grades essays harshly. Not an easy A--I super worked hard and got a B

Professor Eodice was a great teacher I had my sophomore year at Iona. Several of my friends talked about him positively so I decided to take his course and I'm glad I did. :) We had online quizzes and one in-class written final exam. Overall, an amazing professor and great experience. I highly recommend Eodice for Philosophy!

Class was okay. Three of the four tests were online so we could use our notes but even then I did not do that well on them. He just stood up and talked the entire class. You don't need a textbook because I did not open mine once

You don't need a text book. Just go to class and listen and you will get an A. If you don't get something just ask. This is a really easy subject and the Eodice is a laid back dude.
