This teacher does not teach her to communicate if anything she is good at traumatizing people who are shy she doesnt understand how people who were shy learn communication Skills they are developed by knowing how to communicate with one another she throws people in the front of the class to speak on the first day and not thinking if they are shy

This class shouldnt be hard. Her online class has absolutely no Structure. The required textbook is not useful because her class work is not in there. I had to google a lot because there was no way to find them on modules or in book. She didn't grade my assignments for over a month so I dropped the class because I couldn't have it effect my GPA.

She hands out take home exams, takes HOURS to complete! Though it was a 3 credit class, she made us do the work of a 5 credit class. I didn't like the way she lectured. She was ALWAYS late, and hands graded hw/tests long after we've taken them, blaming her kids and life. But her students can't blame life when they turn hw late, how hypocretical!

Great teaching dynamic. You have to put in the work to do well but she makes it interesting along the way. Very enthusiastic, organized, and knowledgeable. Friendly and helpful!

Andi is the best! Just be sure to participate and attend every lecture and you will do fine. Andi will always answer your questions because she cares about her students, and she will make time outside of class to help. There's only 10 assigments, 2 papers, and a group project. All exams are take home! Great teacher and course! Also, she's a cutie

She is a awesome teacher!! There is a lot of opportunities for group work and individual presentation. Although she speaks so fast, you can still catch up with her powerpoint. Take home exam is good!!

Andi is a great teacher! She is very knowledgable and passionate about her subject. She is easy to get along with and accessible if you need any help with the material. She has funny stories that help relate to understanding concepts. You do have to put effort into the learning the material but she does take home tests that you can use the book on.

Don't take this class if you don't want to hear uninteresting stories about her mundane life just for "real-life" examples of parts of her lecture. She acts like a real housewife, never shuts up about her kids, and is energetic to the point where it grates on your nerves. She can go on and on about something that's really obvious and easy to grasp

Andi is by far the best teacher I have had at Whatcom. Her class is difficult, but she makes it interesting. I felt like I walked away from the class having learned a lot. If you show up to class and try she is very helpful and understanding. I wish more teachers were like her. You can tell how much she loves her job and really cares!

Awesome instructor and full of energy and always willing to help. I took her public speaking class and really enjoyed it. One thing however is that her classes are not that easy. If you want to succeed, you will have to work hard and consistently. I really recommend everyone to take her class. You will learn alot and at the same time have fun.

Andi is AWESOME! She is by far my favorite instructor at WCC. She is helpful and knowledgable, and obviously loves her job! If you are a "good student" and are on top of your work, you'll do well! The exams are VERY time consuming, and don't leave them for the last minute because they are take home. You will fail. Not difficult, just long! TY Andi!

Andi is super awesome, I wish all my professors could be like her. She makes class interesting and everything she says makes sense. We have lots of readings we are suppose to do but you can get by without them because she basically lectures a condensed version of them. Exams are out of class and do have questions from the book.

So energetic and fun! Its nice having a teacher who makes the effort to make class enjoyable. Previous comments call her pep "annoying" I think its refreshing :)
