Mondays are group discussions & Wednesdays are class discussions. In class discussions he expects all 40+ of his students to speak more than once, which is impossible since theres so many of us. He'll fail you if you dont participate EVERY WEDNESDAY. If you come to every class, do the readings & everything else, he'll fail you if you dont talk 24/7

Rudest teacher I've ever met. I went to his office hours for a progress check for a club. I only had one other grade before speaking to him and it was a C. He saw & assumed I was failing my classes when in fact I had As & Bs. He continued to make rude remarks when I spoke to him & wondered if he had the nerve to say it in front of other people.

Participation matters a lot. It's not enough to just do the readings, come to class, & do assignments. He expects you to raise your hand A LOT & talk. Even if you come to class he'll give you a bad grade if you don't raise your hand. I'm not trying to make excuses, but it's impossible for every single person in the class to speak more than once.

Absolutely one of the best professors teaching one of the best classes I've ever taken. You have to do the reading, be prepared, and participate, but as long as you do that the class is so much fun! The discussions are super interesting, and the simulation at the end of the class is so much fun. Papers are difficult, but worth it considering.

He wanna talk rudely in the comments on your midterm, but won't say anything to your face in class? I did not like this professor one bit. Avoid all costs.

Although his teaching style was not my favorite, his class is doable if you listen, think, and do the work. And he does care for his students, which is nice, but he is incredibly hard to get a hold of outside of class. He has no time constraints, doesn't have a contact number online, and takes forever to email back (if he even does).

It was difficult to listen to an hour of a monotone reading from the textbook. He's obsessed with NY times. He'll make you read NY times articles and put questions about them on the test. He didn't pass out the final for 20 minutes of playing cartoons into test time, and 10 extra minutes because there weren't enough scantrons in the first place.

Okay class. Lectures are very boring. Only two tests the whole semester which are a little difficult, but manageable if you study hard. He curves the exams. Two pop quizzes. Offers five points of extra credit, which helped me get an A. I highly recommend reading the material from the beginning- don't cram! Attend SI sessions, they really help.

This was the worst class I have taken so far. Two pop quizzes and two tests. Questions were so random and frustrating. Everyone in my surrounding area was so fed up with the boring lectures and the unrelated tests. The reviews do not help. Attendance is necessary because of the pop quizzes, yet it won't really help for the tests

This professor delivered decent lectures, but his tests were terrible. It seemed that in order to add in artificial difficulty, he would make every question a trick question, or incredibly specific. Example: Which president pardoned this guy? A.)Reagan B.)Carter C.)George W. Bush D.)None of the above. The answer was D, because it was Bush Sr.

I was not a fan of this course. Enterline is extremely monotone and it's not an easy class to pay attention in. Attendance is not mandatory, but he gives two pop quizzes (each worth 5% of your grade). His reviews for the tests (each worth 45% of your grade) don't line up with the tests. I would recommend taking this with a different professor.

The class is centered around reading. However, he doesn't expect you to read all of every book, just know the main themes. Class is consisted of discussions so come to class & speak up. He just wants to see that you're putting in effort! One paper less than 12 pgs, a simulation & paper over the simulation. He's awesome! Definitely taking him again!

He is probably a good professor but I can barely stay focus during his lectures because of his monotone voice. Attendance is not mandatory but come to class every day for the articles, which makes up majority of the exams. He doesn't follow the grading system and may give a better letter grade than number grade.

The class was based on two exams worth 45% each and two pop quizzes worth 5% each. Definitely do the readings and come to class (try to stay awake) and you will be fine. His questions are very specific so really you have to do the readings. If you test well then you will do fine. Just do the work

I have caught myself drifting off in his class because his voice is so monotone (and I never sleep in class). Two weeks before the midterm and final you should study your class notes because that is when the pop quiz will be. His tests are mostly comprised of his PowerPoints which he posts to Blackboard after he has lectured over each subject.

Really good professor. I personally find the material to be not my thing, but he injects some humor and fun into the subject, such as showing a monty python clip to make it more accessible. Really easy to get a good grade if you show up and actually listen. Very friendly guy and easy to talk to as well. Note: he loves the word 'percolate'.

He is so funny! I went to class everyday and he makes sarcastic jokes to keep you from getting too bored. I didn't find him an easy teacher though because there is only 2 exams and two random 5 question pop quizzes over articles and movies that you watch in class. Otherwise I would recommend him.

Easy to pass the class. Only two test and two pop quizzes. I went to class everyday and still only made a B. VERY boring lecturer but as a person, I like him. I liked this class because it was easy I jus wish he made the content understandable.

Great teacher!Attendance is not mandatory but his 2 pop quizzes are over things he said in class and are random. You only have 2 pop quizzes, your midterm, and final, so no homework! Attend class and take notes and you will make a good grade.
