He's not a great teacher. You will have to self teach to really understand the topics. He does give lots of practice during lectures but he moves fast and doesn't break it down and take it easy with the complicated topics. Quizzes almost every class based on last class topics and sometimes more complicated than what taught but exams are much easier

I have had Dr. Kleit for 2 classes, EBF 200 and EBF 473. After taking 200 with him, I vowed never to take a class with him again. His lectures are terribly organized, and his homeworks are a waste time and paper. I currently have the highest grade in the class, but I do not know why. I have learned nothing except of his unwavering arrogance.

Doesn't care about his students. Lectures are worthless and gets off topic all the time which confuses you a lot. Sometimes his jokes are rude and discriminatory. During office hours doesn't show interest or doesn't help. Make sure to read all material online to prepare for this class because that is the only way to do good in this class.

His class was always hilarious and we didn't have to work too hard. 2 long group papers, an easy exam, a few simple homeworks, and a lot of interesting guest speakers. Kleit is weird but knows a ton. This class was definitely easier than his others but i'd roll the dice and take another of his in the future.

This guy is discriminatory towards his students based on their origin at a very horrible level. He can create a lot of trouble for you. Here you go. The class itself is useless. He needs excel to solve every equation.

Dr. Kleit is honestly a person who cares about his students but only if they put effort forward. He does not play around when it comes to class, he has much more on his plate than that. Not a professor to breeze through.

Please avoid him at all cost, he is a weird person both at a personal level or an educational level, he is a good man I believe, but it's just hard to follow the way he teach his class and how he treat his student (even his own phD). I attended every class (not mandatory), and did every homework on my own, I end up get a freaking C.

He is a cruel, opinionated man, who seems to know the subject matter, but his presentation is god-awful and filled with contradiction. Forget the TA's, they're useless. Take the tests by memorizing his confusing lecture notes, and scrounge for ounces of help from office hours, you'll probably pass.

Dr. K was my thesis adviser and prof for 473. He is VERY smart, there is no question about that. Sometimes, though, it seems as if he does not CARE about his students. Why teach if you dont care about students? He is often arrogant and dismissive. If you take 473, work hard and you'll be OK. DO NOT write an honors thesis under him, DO NOT.

Dr. Kleit was not a helpful professor at all. He is unwilling to help you, and his homework is extremely difficult to decipher, his grading scales are also tough to figure out... even though he does curve every assignment.

The only person who makes less sense than the professor is his dumb TA who can hardly draw a supply and demand curve. The homework is vague and your expected to figure out what their asking. I guess he wants people to read his mind when answering quiz/hw questions? his work in class does NOT reflect work out of class. Horrible.

HORRIBLE teacher! he is unwilling to help anyone, his exams are hard and he doesn't try to help. his homeworks are time consuming and hard. He might be the worst professor at PSU, if you can consider him a professor. He is rude. Don't even waste your time asking him a question, he will chuckle give a stupid face and tell you he doesn't know.

Really not that hard of a class. You will have to work hard though. Homeworks are not too bad but they are time consuming. Exams are easier than the homeworks, but definitely make sure you know how to do every type of problem for the exams. There are quizzes every day which are annoying but helpful.
