Hw's take about 10 min only ten through the semester. Weird teacher but class isn't too bad and material is easy an A in the class is a 90-100.

Dr. Abler knows his stuff, and his material is presented in a very organized manner. If you participate in answering questions in class, you will avoid awkward silences. He laughs at funny jokes, and all his tests pretty much have the same questions on them from year to year, and he posts previous year's tests on TopHat. Small hw assignments too.

ABSOLUTELY horrible teacher. The class consists of him asking students question and him standing there not saying a word.

Horrible. Dull, dry, boring. Very unpleasant and rude one-on-one. Just avoid at all costs.

...."Are there any more questions?" ....that's his classic phrase. Harmless guy, nice, but generally seemed like he was "out to lunch". You'll see what I mean. All notes posted, attendance not monitored. Some interesting topics in class. Super boring though because he verbatim reads his own notes to the class.

Had him for 400 level environmental econ course on economics in developing countries. Course was well organized and taught. Presentations were very clear and there was never an issue with keeping pace with the professor.
