If I could take Barbara every semester I would. Shes a great teacher and explains things in a way youll remember. She also genuinely wants to see you succeed and will help you do so if you put the work in.

Comment:

Average teacher and hard class. There were 3 unit tests, 1 math test and 1 HESI mid- curricular exam. Taught entire Unit 2 material and portion of Unit 4 material. Did not get through all powerpoints. Very sassy. Loved to call you out. Put you on the spot. Did not seem invested in success of students. Several group projects. Wrote rude emails.

If she does not like you for some reason she will do anything to fail you. She enjoys writing condescending e-mails, enjoys watching you straggle, does not answer you questions and will not help you. After that class she is still after me, trying to fail me in other classes where she has an influence and good connections.

Barbara is an awesome professor! She is so dedicated to the success of all her students. She is extremely knowledgeable and a wonderful person. She makes her self available to students at all times. She stays late whenever we needed her. Her tests are very fair and come from the information being taught. I wish I could have her all program long=)

This professor "leads by example" She is the nurse I hope to be. She teaches more than textbook facts but through experience and compassion, gets to the core of nursing. She is easy to approach and NEVER makes you feel stupid(even when you are) She has earned her halo and that makes her HOT.

Amazing teacher, clinical instructor and person in general! i cannot believe all of the terrible reviews on here.. u a**holes prob failed bc u didnt work hard and are looking for someone to blame. barbara made both my clinical experience and classroom experience the best ever. she cares so much about her students and devoted sooo much time to stayi

Bad, bland and disinterested lectures. Exam hardly reflective of lecture. Not compassionate, especially as a nurse. Gets bad student reviews every semester. No personality, appears to enjoy watching students struggle.
