An engaging and insightful lecturer. His teaching technique is to capture interest and allow his students to think creatively rather than systematically. In this respect it's perfect for engineering. Just like the classical music he plays prior to class, his lecture style flies right over the heads of those who don't aspire to be engaged thinkers.
