Professor Edwards is the kindest lady in the world. She is very dedicated to teaching and truly wants you to succeed. However she is very unorganized and gets off topic easily, this means she gets behind we had very few actual grades in this class.

She is very bad at teaching concepts, and math is my strong subject. She teaches the wrong way first and then corrects herself after the student corrects her. I had a very hard time understanding things in this class.

She's a nice lady, but if it were not for the fact that I took this class in High School, I probably would've gotten a C. Take only if you know precalculus well. If not, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Worst teacher I've ever taken. Doesn't teach a lick of the material. Hardly knows what she's teaching and often gets example questions wrong. Terrible professor

Had her for MATH 1113. Her lectures were super easy. She tends to go over stuff more than once if her students don't understand. She sometimes gives extra credit during class. PLEASE DO THE HOMEWORK! It's worth more than the quizzes. But I recommend her!

DO NOT TAKE HER. Dr. Edwards clearly has no understanding of what she teaches. She often makes mistakes doing examples in class and is very confusing in her explanations. When asking her for help, she is often rude and condescending, and is almost impossible to reach outside of class.

Wish I never took this class. I feel totally unprepared for Calculus because she doesn't teach you formulas or how to solve. She teaches how to interpret. She wastes a lot of time at the beginning of the semester and then rushes through the rest of the material. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone.

She's a very confusing teacher; she'll go over material so much that it wouldn't make sense anymore. Her lectures are boring and she's not the most reasonable person. There were cases where she would give us home work, say that she wouldn't make it due anymore, then change her mind again at the last minute causing some of us to fail the assignment.

The class is all about concepts, and even though it was taken over the summer, she never moved on until there weren't any questions yet. Best teacher I've had for a math-related education course so far in my college career. Makes challenging concepts easy, and gives fair grades for reasonable assessments.

She's all right, but can get confusing. Her tests can be worded tricky and even if everyone gets a question wrong she will think it was because we were dumb. MAKE sure you keep count of your points because she will not keep up with them all of the time and EXTRA POINTS MATTER!! A quiz every week so don't plan to skip either!

Edwards class is not absolutely necessary to go the class because she posts power points/notes online. Also gives practice test, study guide, and practice questions for exams. Although her class is boring, she is willing to help you anytime you ask. She offers the best way possible for you to pass the class such as dropping lowest quiz grade, ect.

Dr. Edwards always posts notes for class and study guides. She gives plenty of opportunity for bonus points and her questions on the test are right off of her quizzes. She is very kind and easy to contact. Make sure to check vista often though, because she may change the schedule sometimes. Do your homework since she will go over it in class.

Very poor teaching ability. She uses "you should remember how to do this from high school" as a crutch to avoid going over things. was always getting problems wrong on the board. if you need to see something done right to learn it this is not the teacher for you.

The class was horrible! She does not know what she is talking about. You have to teach yourself everything and you will learn where the math lab is very quickly! Drop her if it is not too late, your GPA will thank you.

Ms. Edwards is very approachable. I'll admit, her class was hard but she was more than willing to meet students after class and work until they understood. I would recommend taking her. She's fair in grading and approachable with questions. Very willing to help students. Also, lots of opportunities for points other than test grades.

She does not know what she is doing. If you take this class you will have to teach yourself the material, so plan on reading the text. She changes the schedule often, and she will add tests extra test despite her syllabus. Do not ask her to clarify anything. She will just confuse you as well as herself. Great example of how not to teach.

Like everyone else said, she didn't have a clue what she was doing most of the time in 1113. In 3316, she got angry with me because I didn't have to pay attention, study, or do homework to get an A on everything and I guess she decided she hated me. After the mess she created for me in the ECE dep't, I decided I hated it all anyway and went to Bio.
